Inflexion provides a business intelligence and analytics platform that enables users to collect, analyze, and visualize data. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the service at any time without notice.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the service for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the service. You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the service or any other systems or networks connected to the service.

5. User Content and Data

You retain all rights to the data you upload to Inflexion. By uploading data, you grant us a license to process, store, and display your data solely for the purpose of providing the service to you. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to use any data you upload.

The service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Inflexion and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

7. Payment and Billing

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis. You are responsible for providing accurate billing information. We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time with 30 days notice to existing customers.

8. Free Trial

We offer a free trial period for new customers. At the end of the trial period, your subscription will automatically begin unless you cancel before the trial ends. No credit card is required for the trial period.

9. Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period. We do not provide refunds for partial months of service or unused features.

10. Service Level and Uptime

We strive to maintain high availability of our service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We are not liable for any downtime, data loss, or business interruption resulting from service outages.

11. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Inflexion be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months prior to the claim.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Inflexion harmless from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of the service or violation of these terms.

13. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by posting the updated terms on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts located in Data City, DC.
